MAMA stops online voting due to alleged hacked votes

SOUTH KOREA一MAMA 2017 (Mnet Music Awards) is stopping votes in their online voting system due to alleged corrupt, hacked votes. “2017 MAMA online voting involved more than 180 countries around the world and received high interest. During the following period: October 26 – November 1, 2017, there was a high number of illegal, malicious voting. We are going to revert the voting made between that period and check the voting system to prevent this from happening again. We will stop the voting system and services will be suspended during the system inspection period. Voting services in QOO10, the official sponsor of MAMA will also be suspended until further notice. During this period, we will go through various measures to ensure “clean” voting. Ai-Ai Delas Alas Bags BEST ACTRESS Award In Los Angeles Philippines International Film Festival 2017

BEST ACTRESS – The Kapuso actress Ai-Ai delas Alas has once again bagged another international Best Actress Award in the Los Angeles Philippines International Film Festival 2017 for film “Area”.
With the touch of the harsh reality and of what is the truth in life behind those high buildings and busy streets, the film “Area” has definitely depicted what is beyond the real struggles of poverty is.
The independent film top-billed by the Kapuso actress Ai-Ai delas Alas talks about the life of the women kept by Ben and his family who runs a brothel.
A brothel is a place where prostitution usually takes place.

The movie focuses on Hillary (Ai Ai delas Alas), one of Ben’s kept women, who is saving her earnings to buy a plane ticket going to America for her to be with her son again.
Upon seeing the movie, one might say that their situation seems to be hopeless.
Louie Ignacio, the film’s director, and screenwriter Robby Tantingco, circumspectly gave the characters a hue of “acceptably flawed human beings” despite their immoral jobs.
In spite of the complication of the characters they wanted to portray as much as they wanted to anchor it with the reality, the characters remained defined.

She was able to garner the BEST ACTRESS award from the 2017 Los Angeles Philippines International Film Festival.
Which means another international award for Ai-Ai delas Alas because of her undeniable talent.
